Chicken Boti

is a popular dish from South Asia, particularly Pakistan and India. It is made by marinating bite-sized pieces of chicken in a mixture of yogurt, lemon juice, and spices, and then grilling or roasting the chicken. The marinade typically includes ingredients such as ginger, garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder, which give the dish its distinct flavor and aroma. Chicken Boti can be served as an entree, often with rice or naan bread, or as a filling for sandwiches or wraps. It is a favorite among meat lovers for its tender and succulent taste.
