Mutton Kabaab is a popular dish in the Middle East, Central Asia, and South Asia. It is made from ground mutton (or lamb) that is mixed with a variety of spices and herbs, and then shaped into sausage-like kabaabs before being grilled or roasted. The spices used in the recipe can vary depending on the region, but typically include ingredients such as cumin, coriander, red chili powder, and garam masala. The kabaabs are often served as a main course, and are often paired with lemon wedges, chutneys, or dips. They can be enjoyed on their own, or as a filling for sandwiches or as a filling for sandwiches or wraps. It's a popular street food and also served in restaurants. Mutton kabaab is known for its succulent, flavorful and juicy meat.
